The Rogues are Mythos and humans alike who are fed up with the warring between the two races and want to actually live together in peace thought there are a certain few who use the Rogues' communities as a cover to attack either Mythos or humans. The first law of the Rogues is to never engage in hostilities with members of different communities; bar fights and the such are tolerated as long as they don't carry over into the daily interaction with each other. Second law of the Rogues is to accept anyone, humans and Mythos, who asks for asylum but they can only be placed in marked shelters where the vulnerable are not present. Only those who have been screened either by the leaders themselves or a majority vote is passed can the asylum seekers be privy to the locations of shelters. Third law is if you are in a situation with hostile humans or Mythos to call for help and NEVER attempt to engage in combat. Fourth law is to keep your knowledge of Mythos secret. Any attempts to tell publicly tell the world of their existence is immediate expulsion and, depending on how much has been told, execution. This is protect Mythos and humans alike from being subject to likely negative and hostile attention.
---------- All three communities follow the same laws with no deviations. The communities are:
Shangri-La - it is based in the Asian region. This includes the Middle East, Pacific Islands and East, North and South Asian countries.
Elysium - it is based in the Americas region. This includes Canada, the United States, East Indies, South American countries and any islands found near the two continents.
Valhalla - it is based in the European region. This includes Britain and its territories, the Germanic countries, Eastern European and the Mediterranean countries.
---------- The African continent is too unstable at present to have any definite community and is regarded as No Man's Land for the Rogues.
The communities have no particular base as they function on shelters placed in strategic locations designed to be within reach of any Mythos or humans.
